For convenience, I have a dropbox you can use for drop-offs/pick-ups around your own schedule. Please see the instruction below.

To the left of my front door, there is a black box. You can lift the lid and leave the racket inside for drop off (or pickup) if I am unable to accommodate your time frame.
This box has been successfully implemented for years, and adds a layer of convenience and efficiency for service.
My neighbourhood is safe (especially in my corner lot), and the box and area is CCTV monitored 24/7.
